We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days but it is often sooner than this. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil the timescale you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss an extended timescale or you shall be offered a refund.
Items in the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class unless otherwise requested. If you would like a tracked service please send an email and you will be informed of any additional postage costs.
On the unlikely occasion that an item should arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. You will be refunded for the cost of the item or sent a replacement.
